Celina Sharma – Bad For You – Video Premiere

UK-based artist, Celina Sharma, has dropped the sci-fi inspired visuals for latest single “Bad For You”.

Sharma is an artist that has continually gone from strength to strength. Over the last eighteen months, the rising artist has accumulated over 30 million streams globally on early single “Lean On” and received huge amounts of support from BBC’s Asian Network and Radio 1 to name a few. Not only this, the singer-songwriter was previously crowned as 2019’s BBC Future Sound Winner and has appeared in television performances for MTV and Nickleodeon. Her forthcoming debut EP CECE will see the artist ascend to a new level of acclaim thanks to its killer sounds.  But first, Sharma is back with another taster from the EP with new single “Bad For You”. It’s a beautiful pop-facing R&B tune with serene vocals and a slick feature from rapper, Rich The Kid.

1883 Magazine is exclusively premiering the music video for “Bad For You”. The video itself is a visual treat thanks to its special effects. Through the power of green screen, Sharma is transported to a futuristic sci-fi dimension in outer-space.  Speaking about the visuals, Celina Sharma says: “The approach to this music video was a lot different due to Covid, a lot was done remotely with special effects.  It was a fun experience performing on green screen although a bit tricky at times!  Rich The Kid shot his parts in New York as we were unable to travel to America, it’s been a long process to get this finishing and I’m excited for everyone to see it.”
