Best known for her role as Alice Pieszecki in The L Word, which provided groundbreaking onscreen representation for the queer community as television’s first ensemble cast of lesbian and bisexual female characters. If reprising the role for the show's sequel wasn't enough, Hailey also hosts the PANTS podcast with The L Word costar and close friend, Kate Moennig, has served as an executive producer for a number of episodes of Generation Q and took to the director’s chair for the season three finale.

With a penchant for crafting enthralling electro-pop tunes and with such a refined artistic vision that is both musically and aesthetically rich, it's easy for some to perceive @babyglume as a fictional character. An identity that was fabricated as a musical alter-ego, far removed from what the creator is actually like in real life. Yet in reality, this self-proclaimed 'Walmart Marilyn Monroe' or 'Twin Peaks Barbie' is truly an unapologetically authentic person, there is no character, no facade.
