On rotation this week is Cambridge-born artist and producer, Ellie Dixon. The songwriter has just released the new single, Swing! It’s a fun, catchy, and vibrant alt-pop track. Check out the 80s ballad Oh Caroline and read our thoughts on the LP by clicking here. poolblood is the moniker of singer-songwriter, Marya Said. The artist is making a name for themselves thanks to their disarmingly honest bedroom pop sound. Listen to their new single, Shabby (featuring Shamir) now. The effortlessly cool Brighton band Black Honey are back with a new track entitled Out Of My Mind. It’s an anthemic slice of indie-rock. 1883 sat down for a chat with Izzy & Tommy from the band recently, you can take a read by clicking here.

Elsewhere in the playlist you can find the latest offering from Dublin’s rising wordsmith, Archy Moor. After a two-year hiatus, the artist & rapper is gearing up to release his debut EP Bonnie Hill early in the new year and Beautiful (featuring Jgrrey) is the first single to be taken from it. It’s a slick hip-hop song with lush production and interesting lyricism. Artist and producer Nikhil Beats has unveiled his second EP Earthly Desires Lead To Enlightenment. It’s a gorgeous project which reflects his transition from producer to artist as it features his own vocal contributions for the first time. Listen to EP track Feel Me. Finally, singer-songwriter Rhys Lewis has just unveiled his latest offering, Midnight. It makes for a soaring and emotive rollercoaster of an experience.
