Following her recent public appearance at Paris Fashion Week Menswear, she announced her upcoming attendance at New York Fashion Week. Her natural charisma, strong work ethic, and captivating presence keep her in high demand.
In a candid conversation facilitated by her wonderful team, Lynn Anna shared insights into her journey and future projects. She opened up about maintaining her identity while navigating the industry.
Have you always wanted to be a model?
I have always been interested in fashion, but I believe the ambition started after my first modeling gigs for local designers in Boston, Massachusetts.
From this point, I took it more seriously, and I kept modeling while studying fashion marketing. Things really escalated in New York where I posed for print magazines.

What is the formula to get popular?
Oh, I wish I had a magic recipe for that! For me, being authentic, playful, and stylish has been key, but I can only speak from my own experience. The industry can be intense, and I think people appreciate my relaxed and genuine approach to social media. I’m curious by nature and never shy away from taking risks. I love exploring new places and discovering new brands, as that’s how I stay inspired. I’m truly grateful that my followers connect with my authentic self and support my work.
What has brought you to Paris Fashion Week Menswear of all your opportunities?
I was dying to visit Paris and jumped on the opportunity. As a woman and as a fashion enthusiast, Paris is one destination that is dear to my heart, so visiting it during the fashion week was quite an experience. Also, that was one of my goals to check out the scene.
Would you recommend Paris Fashion Week or New York Fashion Week?
It’s not comparable, there are in different lanes. Both cities are spectacular. New York creatives focus on the business side of things, while Paris creatives value the craft before anything. I personally could easily bond with Parisians. They seem more positive in my opinion.
May I ask you how you handle this level of influence?
It feels nice, I have all these dreamy job opportunities, so I can’t really complain, but I don’t let it get to my head. I stayed the same girl I used to be when I first started in Boston.
What does Lynn Anna Lafreniere’s closet look like for Fashion Weeks?
The idea is to pick something that looks like me while following the trends and the spirit of the event. I love to play with clothes without betraying my image.
Have you already refused to work with a brand?
Before assimilating myself with a brand, I do my own research and double check with my brand manager to ensure my audience safety as well as my own safety.
Can we expect a Lafreniere’s beauty or fashion line? Who knows?
Life is full of possibilities, anything could happen.
Rumors as it you’ll be at New York Fashion Week…
New York Fashion Week is definitely on the table. I already envision another trip to Paris for Fall Winter fashion week in January.
What would you like to tell inspiring models?
I would like to tell them to never stop believing. Rejection is never the end of the dream, it’s just part of the game. Sometimes it has nothing to do with how beautiful you are. The perfect opportunity is probably already on its way. In the meantime, you can try to evolve and prosper in your own way.
