London-based pianist, producer, and vocalist patch_t41b returns with “Everyday Somewhere,” the first release from the upcoming second phase of his musical venture, following the solitary atmosphere of “EP_01.” While his earlier work explored themes of isolation, this new track pushes the project forward with a broader and more refined sonic vision.
The track highlights patch_t41b’s background as a classical pianist, weaving the instrument into a spacious psychedelic soundscape. Expansive piano harmonies collide with distorted textures and heavily processed vocals, deepening the song’s immersive atmosphere. Beneath those layers are traces of 90s grunge and electronica, while his roots in jazz performance bring an improvisational edge to the composition.

Despite its layered production, “Everyday Somewhere” remains fluid and cohesive throughout. The track carries a calm, weightless energy, drifting with the ease of an ocean current. Its intricate arrangements create a space that feels both hypnotic and soothing.
Recorded at Snap Studios with producer and mixer Marco Pasquariello, the sessions brought together long-time collaborator Fergus Ireland on bass and session drummer Freddie Sheed, anchoring the live performance and analog experimentation at the core of the project.
Most of the material was captured in the first take, preserving the human element at the core of each performance. The recordings were later manipulated with extensive processing across the instrumentation and vocals, strengthening the contrast between organic performance and synthetic texture.
With its surreal vocal delivery and unpredictable arrangements, “Everyday Somewhere” challenges conventional songwriting structures. The track merges traditional instrumentation with psychedelic and electronic influences, pushing patch_t41b deeper into experimental territory.
