An AI-generated song has taken the internet by storm after its music video turned some of the most recognisable memes in online history into dancing characters — and fans reckon it sounds like something the Beatles might have made.
The track, which was created entirely using AI tools on Deep Dream Generator, has racked up millions of views across YouTube and TikTok after the accompanying video brought beloved internet figures back to life in animated form.
The video features a parade of famous memes — from classic viral faces to legendary internet moments — all reimagined as characters grooving and dancing along to the AI-composed melody. The effect is part nostalgia trip, part fever dream, and viewers have not been able to get enough of it.
What caught many listeners off guard was the quality of the music itself. Rather than the robotic, obviously synthetic sound people tend to associate with computer-generated tracks, the song has a warm, melodic feel that multiple commenters have compared to the Fab Four.
“This genuinely sounds like a lost Beatles track from some alternate universe,” wrote one fan on YouTube. Others pointed to the layered harmonies, the jangly production, and a chorus hook that has proved impossible to shift once it gets stuck in your head.
The whole thing — song, vocals, and the meme-filled video — was produced using AI on the same platform, without a studio, session musicians, or a traditional video production crew. The creator simply typed a description and let the AI handle the rest.
The clip first gained traction on TikTok, where users started sharing it as background audio and reacting to the meme characters. From there it jumped to YouTube, Instagram Reels, and X, picking up momentum with each platform hop. The comment sections are a mix of nostalgic meme-spotting and genuine disbelief that AI produced something this catchy.
The track is available to watch on YouTube now.
